1. Admission & Enrollment

– Admission is subject to seat availability and fulfillment of eligibility criteria.
– Students must provide accurate information during the registration process.
– VCE reserves the right to cancel any admission if found fraudulent.

2. Fee Payment & Refunds

– Course fees must be paid as per the agreed schedule (monthly or full).
– Fee once paid is generally non-refundable unless specified otherwise under special circumstances.
– Online payments are secure, but VCE is not responsible for transaction failures at the bank level.

3. Code of Conduct

– Students are expected to maintain discipline and respect the institute's property.
– Unauthorized use of computer systems or software is strictly prohibited.
– Any form of harassment or misconduct will lead to immediate termination of enrollment.

4. Attendance & Exams

– A minimum attendance percentage (75%) is required for appearing in final assessments.
– Scholarship exam results are final and merit-based as determined by the VCE academic board.

5. Intellectual Property

– All study materials, notes, and digital content provided by VCE are for personal use only.
– Redistribution or commercial use of VCE resources without permission is illegal.

6. Limitation of Liability

– Vintech Computer Education will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services.

7. Changes to Terms

– VCE reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

8. Jurisdiction

– All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh.
